How does it work?  

Step 1: Choose the podcast and episodes you like.  Register to receive an immediate link to the one click on-line Reflection Form.

Step 2: Go to where ever you get your podcasts and listen!  All Podcasts are free. (Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music, I Heart Radio, etc.).

Step 3: Answer a few short-answer questions in casual, written responses using the new one-click online Reflection Form. And then click 'Submit'.  VOILA!
